George W. Bush. He’s a man not many loved. I am quite sure I did not like him. Here is my reasoning for not liking the man…
The “War on Terror” If we were really going after Al-Qaeda, we would have had bin Laden taken out by this point. And the Iraq War was stupid. We have no reason being in Iraq, and we have no reason meddling in the Middle East. Need I remind you that the very reason we were attacked on 9/11 was because we wouldn’t let them live their lives without putting a military base in every country over there? How would we feel if, say, Russia decided to put military bases on our soil just for the lulz?
Failing to dismantle Social Security One of the things I thought we needed to have happen was the dismantling of Social Security. It is failing us miserably. I won’t see a single cent of what they are taking out of my paycheck. That’s all going to the illegal war, illegal immigrants, and paying the interest on the national debt. Bush, you would have done yourself a favor by getting rid of this travesty that has long outlived its usefulness.
Failing to stop the Democrats’ plundering of lending The Democrats, specifically Barney Frank, were the original people who advocated the deregulation and loosening of credit and standards thereof. They were also the same people who clamored for more regulation and more government when the stock market crashed last fall. Bush, you should have stopped them. We were already in deep trouble thanks to your endless war.
Failing to keep American freedoms Under his régime, we lost habeas corpus, posse comitatus, fair trial, and bond requirements. We had a neofascist corporatist state trespass on our phone conversations and e-mails. What the hell were you thinking? You didn’t even do anything to preserve gun rights. Shame on you, Bush.
Failing to maintain federalism Bush, as a conservative, you are supposed to uphold devolutionary processes. You are supposed to return power to the states, where most power belongs as per the Tenth Amendment. Under your rule, however, power became more and more an amalgamation of the central government. You wanted to make gay marriage decisions at the federal level, a decision that belongs to counties (not even states really should have this power, but that’s simply opinion); you wanted to strengthen abortion bans (while I strongly oppose abortion, this, too, is a states’ issue; Roe v. Wade needed to be overturned so that the states could make these decisions). You signed into law the REAL ID Act, a federal biometric identification program, and had prison camps built in our country. For what? For WHAT?

A sad story where a mother thinks she knows the best remedy to save her son’s life is to kidnap him and run away while he dies. This a story all on the air today about a 13 year old boy named “Daniel Hauserr” who has lymphoma cancer.
Here’s the thing, this boy is going to die without the cancer treatment. In occasions when parents think their actions will be better than those of the doctor’s, the government intervenes and says: “BOY! YOU BETTER TAKE HIM TO THE HOSPITAL! I ORDER YOU!!” Sounds funny but in a serious manner.
My say is that if the mother really loves her little 13 year old son, she’d really go out of her way to help her son survive. As for the father, I’m sure he also doesn’t love his son, it’s kinda obvious he’s covering up for the mother’s actions.
Lastly, if the kid dies, the death should be the responsibility of the parents’. If not both, at least the mother.

Well it has been over due for a few years already and the world has tried to embrace the fact that we’re going to be hit by a viral pandemic. But of which kind and when? Now I’m sure most people think a pandemic of pig flu, today. But can it be real? Yes it can. Humans are so weak in structure that even a cough can kill us. Letting an influenza virus into our bodies is just hell.
Now the Swine Influenza “H1N1” isn’t supposed to infect humans but somewhere, somehow two different H1N1 viruses got together, joined and made this human transmissible virus. Whew that was a long sentence. Ok back to my little scientific theory, now where there were two viruses, there is now just one. One that can infect humans. It stared in Mexico sometime before April 2, 2009 when a child was thought to have the normal flu, now it’s believe he was infected with H1N1. After 20 or so infections in Mexico, America became infected on April 17, 2009 when some children from California got infected. Today, April 29, 2009, there has been 114 laboratory confirmed cased of H1N1 infections.
Ok, now you know some history, here’s the details I’ve been able to assemble together. Swine Flu (H1N1) is normally a pig virus that affects pigs just like the human influenza affects humans, BUT it’s not really transmitted that easy. Here’s what’s supposed to happen. Pig gets sick, owner gets close, owner gets infected with flu like symptoms, and that’s all. It isn’t supposed to go from owner to wife then kids then all over the world. So what makes H1N1 so hyper? It has 3 genes in the RNA that makes it over hyper and jumps easy. It has Swine, Bird, & Human genes that allows it to infect us. Humans, like I said before, are easily infectable with the right viruses. H1N1 seems to be the right virus.
So how did it get that way? Never does it happen that fast for a virus to join with 3 genes and two strains to make a super virus in less than a few centuries. Although a virus can mutate at, sometimes, a rapid rate, it stays the same structurally. I’ve found some articles that claim H1N1 to be a lab made virus to control the population, other’s say that it does happen naturally, I’ve found one that states that America made it. Who knows? Well if it was made to infect us, only the people who got paid to make it know. Other than that no one really knows.
So how do you protect yourself? Take the same procedures you do with the Human Influenza. If you aren’t infected yet, keep your hands clean at all times, try not to travel, and stay tuned to your local news channel for updates. If you are infected, go to the doctor ASAP, take your meds, stay home, and try not to have physical contact with the outside world.
So what do I think? I think this IS the next pandemic. Millions will die. But don’t get freaked out, that’s what I think. Remember, Humans ARE overdue for this. Maybe this is our time
Peace out readers

It has been getting more and more noticeable that MySpace just topped itself out already. Everyday just seems to be the same as yesterday and tomorrow seems to more like today. What does the mean for MySpace? Nothing really, just losing a famous face like Tom’s. Although Tom is a co-founder of MySpace, he acts like the owner, admin, tech in charge, and other high powered users.
But really? Why is MySpace slacking back? Well a past measurement of MySpace users reveals why, 130 Million active users. MySpace is now number two in the world’s most popular Online Social Network. Who’s number one? MySpace’s long time rival, Facebook.
Facebook is topping out at 200 Million active users world wide placing then number one in the world and still going strong! So why is Tom moving on from the spotlight? Well no one really knows. An inside source in MySpace told MSNBC that Tom is in talks about taking a new role. Tom is being considered for a creative product role that will take him away from his day-to-day responsibilities.
But hey, here’s some light at the end of the tunnel. MySpace is still number one in the USA with 70 Million active users with Facebook trailing behind with 65 Million active users.
All in all, MySpace has become too attacked and too strict with service. Maybe that’s why MySpace has been losing users… Don’t know.
You can read more about this on MSNBC’s article here. Enjoy

Well I don’t have a pretty picture to display here since nearly all of them are copyrighted and they aren’t really pretty. So I’m going to get straight down to the blah blah moments
Are you religious? Like having fun? Well then you aren’t religious. It seems that today’s children are all going to go to hell when they pass away. Why? Because they celebrated an egg and a bunny. So what’s so wrong about that? God wants everyone to have fun… BUT putting “Him” first. Ok so that’s besides the point here. What I’m trying to bring out here is the fact that nearly all or all protestant religions say that Easter is a bad holiday. Hmm well lets go into it deeper, just a little bit
Easter was a holiday celebrated by God’s hated group the pagans. The word “was” is and will be used as past tense because of the fact that pagans USED to celebrate it. So Christians hate pagans because they tried to deter people from God, the Christian God. It’s kinda like you hating the family and friends that took your son, not the people or persons that did it.
So now where does the little bunny and egg come in? No where, pagans never celebrated either of them. So why is it a sin? Because it has been believed that the word “Easter” came from pagans, that’s all.
So is it a sin to have fun and search for little eggs and eat yummie bunny shaped chocolate candies? It never was. Because remember, God made both according to your Bible
This is just another attempt for religion to rule your life. Open your eyes and question before you make a decision. That’s called an informed decision. Because you inform yourself
Cheers and I hope all of you had a great Easter.

Doesn’t it seem that everyday on every news channel that has any form of alphabetical letters and numbers, you see the “War against drugs” or something of that nature is becoming more of a brain wash? Well I’m not exactly on the front lines and I don’t exactly live next to the border. But I do have friends on the other side (Mexico) and I do live 43 miles East from the US/Mexican border. So I guess you can say that I’m not really affected, but am I?
Everyday I see my former classmates dug deeper into the world of drugs, I am affected. Whenever I do travel the border town of Eagle Pass, Texas, I fear for my life and the life of those around me, I am affected. Every time I cross the border that fear intensifies, I am affected.
