Can I use superglue with my false nails?

I got one of those pinkee French Tip kits or something, but I left my glue at my friends and I was wondering, whether it would hurt my fingers if I put some of the ones that came off back on with super glue? I don’t care if it makes my fingernails not as smooth after but would it like, eat away?

its the same just make sure u file the surface of your nail to make it stick
i get my nails done all the time and their glue is almost similar
