How do i get “ocean waves” hair?

I want to know how to style my hair (quick and easy preferably) to have “ocean wave” hair; that is, hair that is not tight and scrunched but not curled with curling iron either. Just loose, natural looking, and pretty.

Its the salt the gives your hair that texture. Last summer seventeen had and article saying to spritz your hair with salt water. by heating the water so the salt will dissolve, allowing it to cool, the spraying it on damp hair.
