2 is more inclusive and has everything you’ll need to do your 1st tat
#1 has brass frames, too heavy for a noob
go for #2
be prepared to buy more disposable tubes right off the bat if you don’t buy an autoclave, grips you can probably still clean up well enough… there are disposables with grips built in too
also, don’t put that chinese ink into anyone, use it up on the practice skin and buy some good ink to put into a real person
have fun, and ignore the negativity from others, it’s how i started as well… a kit from ebay. the people negative on it have some issue that they think they are superior, or they really have no clue and are jealous…. nothing in between
